Discover the language, traditions, and creativity of Japan! In this fun and hands-on LEAD Club for 3rd–6th graders, students will learn basic Japanese language while exploring the rich culture and traditions of Japan.
Students will have opportunities to try Japanese arts and crafts, calligraphy, see traditional martial arts video, traditional dance, and cultural ceremonies. Each Friday from 1:00 PM–3:00 PM, students will learn, create, move, and discover something new in an engaging and welcoming environment.
Come ready to explore, make new friends, and experience the many fascinating parts of Japanese culture!
